Where are you located and where will my order ship from?

We are an online store with Warehouse in Ucluelet, and North Vancouver BC, your order will be shipped from one of these locations

 

Am I able to pick up my orders?

Pickup is only available at our Ucluelet location at the moment

 

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Alipay

 

Will I have to create a NEW ACCOUNT? 

You don’t need to create an account to place orders, but you will need to have an account to recieve rewards points

 

Can I fill my prescription with you online even if I am not from BC

Yes you can, your medications will be dispensed and shipped from our Ucluelet location, we also provide direct billing with all major insurance companies as well as BC Pharmacare, if you reside outside of BC and want to fill your prescription with us you won’t be eligible for your provincial medication coverage, however if you are paying full price or having private insurance paying for your medications then it will cost you the same or most likely cheaper to fill your prescription with us as we provide free shipping and we don’t charge markups like many pharmacies do, you can get more details by contacting our customer service at info@westcoastvitaminshop.ca
