Recommended Use: Source of prebiotic fibre to help stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria in the intestine. Source of dietary fibre, as part of a high fibre diet, to support bowel health and healthy intestinal function. Helps in the normal function of the immune system. Recommended Dose: Adults blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (41 grams) of UltraGI Replenish with 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of water twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
