Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate (veg), stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, mannitol, sodium carboxymethyl starch, and coating (methacrylic acid copolymer, triethyl citrate, titanium dioxide, and silicon dioxide).

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 tablet per day on an empty stomach with water 30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Recommended Use: SAMe helps to support a healthy mood balance.

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have hyperhomocysteinemia. Do not take at night since product may cause anxiety, restlessness and insomnia. Not recommended for use in children. If taking anti-depressant medications, hepatoxic drugs or monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, consult your healthcare practitioner before taking SAMe in place of or in addition to those medications. Possible side effects are: mild gastrointestinal upsets (such as stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and flatulence), anxiety, hyperactive muscle movement, insomnia, and hypomania. People with bipolar disorder (manic-depressive illness) should not use SAMe unless under medical supervision. For prolonged use or if symptoms persist, consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if package is torn or open.
